Therman Statom | Colecciones de Estudio de Invierno

This exhibition runs from May 1 through September 26, 2026. Colecciones de Estudio de Invierno brings together new and recent work by Omaha sculptor and glass artist Therman Statom, one of the defining figures of the contemporary glass movement. The title points to the nature of the work itself: pieces that emerged from sustained studio practice, gathered here as a kind of personal inventory, objects that carry the accumulation of a long creative life.

After viewing one of his photographs, a friend of Patrick’s once said to him, “I love seeing the world through your eyes.” In this exhibit, Patrick seeks to share with us the beauty of nature, as he sees it, through photography. Most of his photos are up close and personal, revealing intimate detail.

Katrina Methot Swanson is a visual artist currently living and working in Omaha. She works in oils and shows her work locally at Anderson O’Brien Art Gallery and Ginger’s Hang Up. She also shows her work at the Reuben Saunders Gallery in Wichita, Kansas and the Front Four Gallery in Stowe, Vermont.

Join Clarkson College and the 3D Printing & Training Center for a hands-on Blender 3D Workshop exploring the creative possibilities of 3D design, animation, and digital storytelling.
This beginner-friendly workshop introduces participants to the Blender 3D pipeline, including modeling, simulation, rendering, video editing, and game asset creation. Participants will learn how Blender can be used as a creative tool for digital art, visual design, animation, media production, and 3D printing design.

Heavier Than Air

Heavier than Air is an experimental ensemble creating video art, live movement, and original soundtracks. Embracing a lo-fi aesthetic, the group combines animation, props, costumes, and live performance to emphasize human presence and the material process.
