PACE, thriving and growing during hard times

As a result of twenty community studies conducted by organizations and Arts Foundations, three things were needed in council bluffs. Arts Education to appreciate the past and sponsors creativity for the future, a diversified sustain found structure and a cultural center. Then the Pottawattamie Arts, Culture, and Entertainment at the Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center, became an arts hub in the council bluffs community.

In 2000 Omaha performing Arts becomes a non-for-profit organization, it was already certain that this organization would become a pillar of the artistic scene in the city
