Join us for Botanical Book Club!We will be reading Lab Girl, an autobiography and memoir by Hope Jahren. Geobiologist Hope Jahren has spent her life studying trees, flowers, seeds, and soil. Lab Girl is her revelatory treatise on plant life—but it is also a celebration of the lifelong curiosity, humility, and passion that drive every scientist. As she shares her life experiences, Jahren gives us the exciting details of her scientific work and adventures of love and friendship.Each registration includes one copy of the book, handed out at the first meeting, with four total sessions for discussion. FOUR SESSIONS: May 15 and 29, June 12 and 26. $45, $35 for garden members. Pre-registration is required.
