Nest Box Night

Join us for an evening all about nests! From nest-building red-tailed hawks, to resourceful secondary-cavity nesting kestrels, learn all about where birds of prey raise their chicks.
The night will feature a presentation from Raptor Care Specialist, Ell Kinsey, regarding nesting habits of common birds of prey. Learn about nest boxes and the impact these boxes have on conservation efforts. Then see a variety of nest boxes and meet some of the bird species those boxes may attract.
At the end of the night, attendees will have the opportunity to take home simple nesting box plans that even beginners can build!

MINIMUM CAPACITY: 30
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 100
PROGRAM FEE: $15 FOR MEMBERS AND $25 FOR NON-MEMBERS. MEMBERS MUST SIGN IN TO RECEIVE DISCOUNT.
