Good Vibrations Used Instrument Drive!

This year the Omaha community came together to donate over 80 instruments to be repaired and distributed to Title I schools in the Omaha Metro. We received instruments of all kinds from marimbas, to flutes, to guitars.

If you missed the event but have an instrument that you’d like to donate, you can drop off your instrument at the KVNO office. Instruments donated will be restored by the Omaha Chamber Music Society’s Good Vibrations program. They’ll end up in the hands of a student in need here in the Omaha Council Bluffs metro, and you’ll know your old instrument is still creating joy!

You can drop off and upcycle any used instrument, except for pianos and tubas. If you are seeking to donate one of these instruments, please contact Judy Divis of Good Vibrations directly at judydivis@gmail.com.
