UNO’s Black Studies Department Turns 50

The University of Nebraska at Omaha has one of the oldest Black Studies departments in the United States. Cynthia Robinson, Associate professor and currently Chair of the Black Studies department at UNO, came to Omaha to specifically major in this area and ended up joining the Department of Black Studies.
