KVNO at the Festival
- Sherry Brownrigg will host a Q & A panel with the film makers after the documentary Divisible, the story of redlining in Omaha, on Friday, March 1 at 5:45 pm.
- Sherry will also host the Q & A panel after the film Don’t Get Eaten, a comedy that centers around a doomsday prepper and his family who fight off zombies, directed by George and Joe Simon, on Saturday, March 2, at 2 p.m.
- Jeff Koterba will host the Q & A panel with three film makers after the Animated Short Block, on Saturday, March 2 at 12:30 p.m.
- Jeff will also host the Q & A panel with the film makers of The Headliner, a film about an aging stand-up comedian trying to break out of the Omaha scene, on Saturday, March 2 at 5:30 p.m.
You can also stop by the KVNO table at the festival on Friday and Saturday night from 4 to 10 p.m.
About the Festival
The Omaha Film Festival is returning for its 19th season!
The week-long festival will feature over 100 international, national, and local artists with movies ranging from narrative features, documentaries, short films, and animated shorts, with a special section for Nebraska-made films as well. The selected filmmakers are invited to attend the festival and are given the opportunity to discuss their films with the audience after each screening.
