As National Volunteer Week approaches, communities nationwide prepare to unite in service. Omaha, too, eagerly joins the cause with “Do Good Days” led by Share Omaha.

During these four days, Share Omaha facilitates connections between volunteers and local nonprofits, fostering support in various forms. Regardless of one’s availability or skill set, opportunities abound for all to contribute meaningfully.

With 642 organizations, 522 volunteer opportunities, and nearly 3000 products available for direct donation, the impact potential is immense.

Mardesen underscores Share Omaha’s commitment to simplifying community support through its website, Here, users can refine their search for volunteer opportunities by schedule, type, and interest area, with specialized options tailored for parents seeking family-friendly activities.
