Farewell to the Old Munroe-Meyer Institute Building

OMAHA-Farewell to the old Munroe-Meyer Institute building. The Institute was built in the 50’s and is now on Pine Street. The land will become part of the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus.

The Munroe-Meyer Institute provided services to individuals with disabilities and special health care needs. Nebraska is home to approximately 230,000 people with disabilities.
