Ready to Quit? Make Your 2022 Tobacco-Free

OMAHA-The number of tobacco users in Nebraska is slowly decreasing in the last few years but not as envisioned, which is why DHHS continues its efforts in helping smokers have a healthier lifestyle.

The Nebraska Tobacco Quitline is a resource available to Nebraska 24/7 DHHS is offering this free counseling and free medication to help with tobacco addiction and couches are available to anyone.

DHHS will provide free medication to quit smoke if you are ready. The number to call 1 800 quit now or 784 8669.
