KVNO and The Omaha Symphony warmly invite you to an intimate and engaging live event with Ernest Richardson.

In a special live taping of KVNO’s Symphonic Connections, Ernest becomes your personal maestro to the world of classical music, answering audience questions and sharing insights while conducting The Omaha Symphony.

Doors open at 6 PM | Program at 7 PM 

Arrive early to enjoy delightful conversation, coffee, and live music in the company of Omaha Symphony musicians, members of the KVNO team, and fellow classical music enthusiasts. After the taping, linger for a relaxed opportunity to visit with the Maestro and continue the conversation. 

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Cash, credit, and check are accepted. 

Pre Show Events

6:00 pm – Doors and Classical Coffeehouse open at Strauss

Sip coffee or tea and connect with fellow classical music lovers in the relaxed, welcoming space that may just remind you of an afternoon at a French cafe. Stop by the Omaha Symphony, KVNO, and Vesper Concerts tables to meet team members.

6:15 pm – Behind the Scenes of the Omaha Symphony

Go beyond the stage with the Symphony’s Dani Meier and Music Librarian Nicholas Buonanni as they share insider stories and reveal what it takes to bring each performance to life. 

6:15 pm – Classical Conversation

Settle in with a cup of delicious coffee or tea and enjoy engaging conversations about your favorite composers and pieces led by KVNO Staff. It’s the perfect way to meet others who share your passion. 

Post Performance Events

8:30 pm – Post-performance reception

Wind down with wine, coffee, or tea, plus delicious desserts while mingling with Maestro Richardson, Omaha Symphony musicians, and KVNO staff. 

8:45 pm – Be Creative with Jeff Koterba

Jump into a lively, hands-on exercise designed to spark your creativity.
