Brian Davis
I’ve spent the last eleventy million years sitting in dark rooms talking into a tin can, believing people could somehow hear me. I’ve programmed the highest rated station in the entire country, was named one of the ten best music directors in the business, and stood on the field during an NFL game talking to 79,000 people. Now I’m fortunate enough to live in one of America’s great cities, making sure KVNO stays on the air so you can get your classical fix. All in all, I can’t complain. (But sometimes I still do.)
I have five sisters. I habitually buy Volvos. I spend way too much money in search of the perfect ink pen. (Need a suggestion? I have thoughts.) I’m a Minnesota Timberwolves superfan and my home office has more gear than their team store — my only regret is that there isn’t more. I am the second most famous alumnus of my high school, behind only actor Ashton Kutcher.
Annnddd…I spend a lot of time reminding people about the importance of organ and tissue donation. Luckily, the good people at Live On Nebraska and Donate Life Iowa make it easy. (Don’t forget to tell your family so they can carry out your wishes.)
I am excited to have entered my classical era, look forward to exploring my new hometown, and can’t wait to meet you, so if you see me around, please come say hello!
