A device you no longer use can still make a difference. KVNO accepts a wide range of used technology, and the value of each device is converted into support for KVNO’s programming. Donated items are processed securely through our trusted donation partner.

What devices can I donate?
We accept smartphones, desktop computers, tablets, laptops, smart watches, golf range finders, cycling computers, and action cameras. Devices can be in any condition—even broken devices have value! If an item is deemed to not have any monetary value, it will be responsibly recycled.
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely! All devices processed through Phobio undergo professional data sanitization that meets Department of Defense standards. Your personal information is completely and securely erased. Make sure you sign out of all accounts and turn off activation locks (Find My iPhone, Google account locks, etc.) before shipping your donation.
How is the value of my device determined?
Phobio assesses each device based on its make, model, age, and condition. Even broken devices have value that can help KVNO continue elevate lives. If the item is determined to not have any monetary value, it will be responsibly recycled.
Can I get a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes! KVNO is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You’ll receive a tax receipt for your donated device after it has been processed.
How do I ship my device?
After completing the donation form on the Phobio platform, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label. Sign out of all of your accounts and turn off activation locks (such as Find My iPhone, Google account locks, etc.). Then simply package your device securely and drop it off at any shipping location!
