Asslinn Nosky Presents, Compositions From the 1800s on Instruments of that Era

Aisslinn Nosky began playing the violin around the age of three, like almost all professional violinists.

This Thursday, April 21^st at 7:30  PM, the UNO Chamber Orchestra will feature Aisslinn Nosky in a Concert, playing compositions of Vivaldi and other composers of the Baroque period at the Straus Performing Center.  UNO School of Music faculty member, Olga Smola, will join Nosky for a Vivaldi concerto for two violins. Also, at the concert, Nosky will explain why she and her colleagues continue to play baroque-era instruments and some of the differences.
