What is the Nebraska Crossroads Music Festival?

Nebraska Crossroads Music Festival is returning for its fifth season and is bringing multiple free events to Omaha, August 4th – 11th.

• August 4th: Interactive Kids Concert at the Downtown Branch of the Omaha Library at 3 p.m.
• August 7th: Contemporary Classical at Gallery 1516 in Omaha at 7 p.m. followed by an artist roundtable. The night is hosted by KVNO’s Coleen Cook. 

• August 8th: Jarana at the Riverfront Lakeside Amphitheater a at 7 p.m. 

• August 9th: Outdoor Showcase at Gene Leahy Mall from 7:00 to 10 p.m. Bring your blankets and arrive anytime to enjoy a concert featuring four acts spanning genres from folk rock to hip-hop to jazz. KVNO’s Sherry Brownrigg and Jeff Koterba will be the emcees for the evening.

What to Expect

We strongly encourage you to bring your own water bottles, folding chairs, and blankets to the outdoor concert. You can start reserving spots at 3pm the day of the performance. Food trucks, water fountains, and public restrooms will be available on site.
