Paleobotany Conservatory Tour

Take a guided stroll through botanical time! On this tour, Dr. Mackenzie Taylor will lead participants on a walking tour of the Marjorie K. Daugherty Conservatory and explore plant life of the past and present. See examples of several major plant groups, including ferns and cycads, and learn about their biology and history. Learn how ancient plants may have interacted with prehistoric animals and why plants have been so successful throughout Earth’s history.
Pre-registration is required. $20, $10 for garden members.
