Inspired by Lauritzen Gardens’ exhibit Wicked Plants, this collection of mixed media works reflects the dark obsession of a curious botanist logging sketches, photos, handwritten notes, and various ephemera in their research journal. From nightshade to hemlock, you’ll see species that are beautiful and sometimes helpful, but can also cause discomfort, pain, and even death.
