The Legend Has Retired

Well, it’s official. After 50 years as a media icon in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro – 18 of them at KVNO – Otis Twelve has retired.

His final words on KVNO as host of Morning Classics were uttered during the last few minutes of our Fall Fund Drive on October 4th (by the way, thanks if you were one of the hundreds of donors who gave in honor of Otis). It was a perfect farewell from an iconic communicator.

Otis Twelve has retired, but we are overjoyed to welcome Jeff Koterba as our new Morning Classics host. I personally invite you to keep listening – Jeff will take us all on an epic morning journey!
