Spotlight Talk: Elisabetta Sirani’s Portrait of Ortensia Leoni Cordini as St. Dorothy

Join us for a mid-day gallery talk that delves into research and scholarship of works on view by members of The Joslyn’s curatorial staff. At this program, Rebecca Manning, Rae and Bill Dyer curatorial assistant, will speak about a work that the museum acquired in 2023, Elisabetta Sirani’s Portrait of Ortensia Leoni Cordini as St. Dorothy, 1661. The talk will take place in Gallery J2, Joslyn Building.  

This 30-minute program is a new series, occurring every two months in different spaces throughout the museum.
