As the Omaha Community Playhouse celebrates its 100th anniversary, much of its stability, growth, and community impact over the last two decades can be traced to one leader: Executive Director Becky Noble.
Noble has spent more than 25 years at the Playhouse, quietly but powerfully shaping the institution behind the curtain. Under her leadership, the Playhouse has expanded its outreach, strengthened its finances, and remained one of the most respected community theaters in the nation. From major productions to youth programs, Noble has worked tirelessly to ensure the arts remain accessible and relevant to all.
KVNO’s Michael Hilt sat down with Becky Noble to reflect on her journey—from her early days at the Playhouse to her role now, steering it into its second century with vision and purpose.
