September 12th – Moanin’ Frogs

October 5th – The Wildwoods
The Wildwoods – Sunday, October 5 @ 4:30 P.M.
From the heart of Lincoln, Nebraska, The Wildwoods have grown into a folk/Americana trio rooted in rich harmonies and heartfelt storytelling. Formed by husband-and-wife duo Noah (guitar) and Chloe Gose (violin), and joined by longtime friend and bassist Andrew Vaggalis, the band crafts songs that feel both intimate and expansive—tales of home, hope, and the open road. Cristian Fatu, violin & Lolita Lisovskaya-Sayevich, piano – Friday, November 7 @ 7 P.M.
Violinist Cristian Fatu returns to Vesper Concerts, this time alongside collaborative pianist Lolita Lisovskaya-Sayevich. Together, they will present a violin and piano odyssey with works by Beethoven, César Franck, Weinberg, Williams, and Bach. You will be captivated by their passionate performance! Learn more here.
December 9th – The Rosenblum Jazz Trio with Laura Anglade
The Rosenblum Jazz Trio with Laura Anglade – Tuesday, December 9 @ 7 P.M.
The second annual Holiday concert features New York-based jazz musician Ben Rosenblum and his jazz trio, along with special guest singer Laura Anglade from Toronto, Canada, a young jazz vocalist currently making a name for herself on the jazz scene. Enjoy an evening of all Mozart performed by some of Omaha’s best musicians. Among the evening’s repertoire is Mozart’s famed Oboe Concerto in C major. Featured oboist is Heather Baxter, Assistant Principal Oboe of the Omaha Symphony. Thomas Kluge, Principal Viola of the Omaha Symphony, will conduct the chamber orchestra. Learn more here.
March 15th – ArcoStrum
ArcoStrum – Sunday, March 15 @ 3 P.M.
TY and Strauss met at The Juilliard School and soon discovered their chemistry not only as friends but in music-making. ArcoStrum is committed to pushing boundaries and redefining the 21st-century violin-guitar art form, presenting a new chamber music that is mixed-genre, multi-cultural, and cross-era. Tiffany Williams Cole, soprano & GeDeane Graham-Gipson, mezzo-soprano – Friday, April 24 @ 7 P.M.
Tiffany and GeDeane will present a recital that will inspire you to let your light shine! A commissioned medley of gospel songs and spirituals by the phenomenal African American composer Stacey V. Gibbs anchors their repertoire. The addition of opera arias, art songs, and spirituals makes this performance rooted in tradition and overflowing with soul. Learn more here.
