Clover24 Begins Phase Two Plans

December 10th, 2025

The art scene in Omaha is both vibrant and flourishing with talent and ingenuity. As artists new and old continue to share their work with the public, creative spaces have remained a vital part of the community. Clover24 is one such space for artists, entrepreneurs and visitors alike.

Clover24 co-founders Bob and Ilaamen Pelshaw began plans to open and operate a co-creative space two years ago. After hunting for a location, the pair became enamored with the old Kitty Clover Potato Chip Factory. When the Pelshaw’s approached the owners of the building, a partnership was eventually formed in which the two were able to lease the space.

The building, once known as the world’s largest potato chip factory, began to undergo renovations soon after. The Pelshaw’s opened the doors of Clover24 in May 2025 to celebrate completing the first 7,800 square feet, known as phase one. Phase one included studios, galleries, and multipurpose spaces dedicated to fostering artistic growth within the community. Today, Clover24 has grown to include 20 members.

Already in the throes of phase two, 23,000 square feet of planned renovation is underway with plans to be finished around February to March. While retaining the factory industrial layout, phase two will include 59 additional studios and a full remodel of the interior and roof.

To commemorate the end of phase two, Clover24 will host an open house set for March 2026. The public will be welcome to roam the space, visit studios, and view the art that will be displayed.
