Omaha Actor Steve Krambeck Makes Directorial Debut at Shelterbelt Theatre

Omaha’s vibrant arts community continues to foster talent across disciplines, from painting to acting. Veteran actor Steve Krambeck is adding a new role to his career—director.

Krambeck is co-directing A Very Special Holiday Special at the Shelterbelt Theatre, marking his first time in the director’s chair. He views the production as a unique chance to collaborate with the theater and established professionals in the industry.

Born and raised in Omaha, Krambeck traces his love of acting back to a defining moment in middle school. That passion led to a career on stage and now, to this latest creative venture.

The Shelterbelt Theatre, established in 1995, recently found a new home after a short hiatus. Krambeck says the theater is back stronger than ever, offering audiences something truly special and meaningful.
