Vesper Concerts to Host Historic First Christmas Event
December 2nd, 2024
For 36 seasons, Vesper Concerts has been a cornerstone of Omaha’s music scene, offering free chamber music performances that inspire and connect audiences and performers alike. With a mission to engage and educate, the series has grown in both audience size and artistic variety in recent years, according to Executive Director Kristy Troy.
This Thursday marks a milestone in Vesper Concerts’ history as they host their first-ever Christmas event. The concert, featuring the Friesen Ensemble, will begin at 5 p.m. and promises to deliver a festive atmosphere, complete with a special guest from the North Pole to help ring in the holiday season.
“This season has been a time of growth and new opportunities for Vesper Concerts,” said Troy. “We’re thrilled to add this special event to our legacy.”
