Garden Guided Meditation

Mondays can the one of the most stressful days of the week! Counter that stress with an easy-to-follow, rejuvenating experience that enhances or achieves a meditative state. Each session will focus on different techniques so you can find out which type of meditation works for you! Please bring a yoga mat or pillow to sit on if you are able as seating may be limited.
