Making Arrangements

For 10 years, Barbara Peters has been creating small shadow boxes of found and discarded objects in her Old Market studio. And now, after all this time, she’ll be sharing these creations in her debut exhibition at the Garden of the Zodiac. Each box is a cabinet of curiosities composed of ambiguous narrative and nostalgia.
– When: Opening reception: Thursday, July 9, 6-8 p.m. Gallery hours: Tuesday-Saturday, noon-8 p.m., Sunday, noon-6 p.m. On view until Sept.13.
