Nebraska University Employees Get Extra Time Off

LINCOLN-Employees of UNL, UNO, UNK, and the Office of the President, these holidays, will have to change their plans, but because they will have two extra paid days off. Nebraska University Chancellors want to show their appreciation for the extra hard work during this pandemic by giving some extra time off to the universities’ employees. The chancellors are aware that some university employees have had to take on extra obligations to be able to stay afloat.

UNMC employees will receive two “banked” days of paid leave to be used at a time of their choosing, in coordination with their supervisors and UNMC policies.
