There are about 20 barytone players in the world, Matthew Baker is one of them and he owns a replica that he purchased from a retired barytone player in Spain, where Baker lives now.

Baker is the founder and director of ‘The Valencia Barytone Project’ a trio with Viola, Cello, and the Baryton. The Valencia Barytone Project tours the globe playing Hayden compositions, exclusively written for the Baryton.
