We invite you to experience potting in a whole new way—by making it a mindful, reflective practice. Guided by Kathy Reiken-Gutshall, you’ll explore simple mindfulness techniques as you pot a new plant to take home. As you engage with the soil and plant, you’ll have the opportunity to gain meaningful insights and connect deeply with the process. Each session features a different plant species, and all materials are provided. You’ll also have the option to add a healing crystal to your plant’s pot, enhancing the connection between you and your new plant.
No experience is needed—just come ready to explore and reflect. Simple plant care instructions will be provided to help you nurture your new green companion.
Each session is $45, $35 for garden members. Pre-registration is required at least one week in advance of each session.
February 26 through April 6, 2025 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On the gallery walls in the visitor and education center Included with paid admission or garden membership. $15 + […]
