Ballet at the Riverfront

American Midwest Ballet and Ballet Des Moines invite you to a free open-air ballet performance in downtown Omaha at the Performance Pavilion at Gene Leahy Mall.
AMB will perform favorite scenes from its spring production of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, while Ballet Des Moines kicks off its annual summer tour with a program featuring selections from its new ‘Cinderella’.
There will also be live music by Midwest performers, an all-ages ballet class led by AMB artists, and arts activities and displays by community partners including the Omaha Symphony, Omaha Performing Arts, Omaha Children’s Museum, and PACE.
Schedule:
5:00 pm – Activities open; live music onstage
6:00 pm – Community dance class onstage
6:30 pm – Ballet performances
8:00 pm – Event concludes
No reservations or tickets required. Seating will be on the lawn.
