Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass – November 9th at 1:55 p.m.
The Omaha Symphony’s ground-breaking Choral Collaborative returns with Joseph Haydn’s majestic masterwork, Lord Nelson Mass.
Stravinsky’s Firebird – February 21st at 7:25 p.m.
It’s an evening in and out of the opera pit with imaginative works by Johann Strauss II, Montgomery, and Stravinsky, and Francisco Fullana’s Omaha debut on Barber’s renowned Violin Concerto.
Beethoven’s Fifth & Bluebeard’s Castle – April 25th at 7:25 p.m.
The Holland Center goes from darkness to light to darkness with Beethoven’s Fifth and Bartók’s gripping Bluebeard’s Castle, presented in collaboration with Opera Omaha.
Bahl Conducts Mahler’s “Titan” – May 30th at 7:25 p.m.
Maestro Ankush Kumar Bahl returns to present Mahler’s epic Symphony No. 1, “The Titan,” in a celebration of his tenure.
In Concert with the Omaha Symphony
KVNO airs previous seasons of the Symphony on In Concert with the Omaha Symphony. The next season featuring the 23/24 Masterworks season from the Symphony is coming October 26th. Coleen Cook hosts and Tianze Hua produces this stellar program on KVNO.
