Vesper Concerts to Host Historic First Christmas Event
For 36 seasons, Vesper Concerts has been a cornerstone of Omaha’s music scene, offering free chamber music performances that inspire and connect audiences and performers alike. With a mission to engage and educate, the series has grown in both audience size and artistic variety in recent years, according to Executive Director Kristy Troy.

Voices of Omaha Continues Free Holiday Tradition
Voices of Omaha has been a cornerstone of the city’s holiday celebrations, performing Handel’s *Messiah* as a free gift to the community since its debut on Dec. 14, 1969, at the Omaha Civic Auditorium. Supported by member dues, fundraisers, and contributions from organizations such as the Nebraska Arts Council and Omaha Community Foundation, the annual performance remains accessible to all, continuing its legacy of sharing music without cost.
