Listening to classical music on the radio (or via our app, online stream or smart speaker) is powerful, magical and takes you places that other music or programming simply can’t. Going to a symphony performance, on the other hand, is a completely different experience.

We often see instances in the visual arts in which one artist is inspired to create a work after seeing the work of another artist. And composers are no different—many composers have written works in response to beautiful works of art.

Turtle on a Fencepost
There’s an old adage about a turtle on the fence post. It goes something like this. “If you see a turtle on a fence post, you know that he didn’t get there himself.” It’s a humorous way of summing up how some people help other people achieve greatness through their mentoring and generosity.
