ACG 2024 Emerging Artists Exhibition

For the month of March, the Artists’ Cooperative Gallery welcomes you to our 2024 Emerging Artists Exhibition. An “emerging artist” is defined as someone who is early-on in the art career. These eleven featured artists, who are all local to the Midwest, were selected based upon their high levels of craftsmanship, creativity, and originality. They also represent a wide range of artistic pursuits: drawing in pencil, marker, and ink; painting in watercolors, gouache, oils, and acrylics; printmaking; found-object assemblage; and sculpting in wood, bronze, and ceramics.

Visitors to the gallery will also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite artist in the show – the artist with the most votes by show closing will win the “Best in Show Award.” The prize consists of a three-month apprenticeship with ACG and a space to display their work in the gallery during that time.

Exhibition runs February 27-March 30.
