NOMA, Music and Arts Academy on Its Way
OMAHA-North Omaha Music and Arts or NOMA is about to start a capital campaign to build an arts academy that will serve anyone who gets there. NOMA will have music classrooms to teach music and production, and a venue that will seat almost 500 people.
