Botanical Illustration: Botanical Sketchbooks

These classes take place over two sessions. In this sketching class, we will focus on using sparkle and gold. We’ll look at historical examples of plant illustrations on a gold background and play with ways to liven up a sketchbook using different materials to provide sparkle. Open to all experience levels, the class provides materials for you to borrow but students may bring extra materials such as pencils, erasers, sketchbooks, and other preferred items.

Pre-registration is required at least one week in advance of the first session.
